About the Notifications

There are three types of notifications delivered by this system.

Campus Alert

Severity: High

Use: An incident or condition that requires immediate attention.

Campus Notice

Severity: Moderate

Uses: A general safety issue exists (such as closings due to severe weather), or a Campus Alert has been resolved.

Test Message

Severity: None

Use: The system integrity is being tested.

The University Emergency Notification System is a communication tool used to notify the campus community about any situation or condition that could threaten the safety of individuals on campus.

Campus Notifications
